The user has 1200 credits and there can be added more in the backend. (1200 credits = 100 vehicles per 12 hours

Yes, RD-Autos Pro can be used with template overrides and is completely tableless! every view has it's own CSS file to make it easier for you. So you can oveeride any view won't lose those changes on upgrades.
